Care instructions: Machine wash cold water and dry flat. Avoid dryer in case of shrinkage. Can be dry cleaned as well. Do not bleach.

Shipping from Canada

Your print order will be shipped through Canada Post within 6-10 business days of receiving payment.

Jewelry will ship ship in 1 to 3 business days but typically I am able to send out jewelry within a short amount of time.

Other items such as pillow cases are also made to order and will be shipped out in 1 to 2 weeks.

Tracking and insurance is available for International orders if you send me a message prior to purchase and make arrangements.

International packages can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to arrive. In some cases it can take even longer if the item is held in Customs, unfortunately delivery times are out of my control.

Prints are carefully placed in cardboard envelopes or shipping tubes for larger sizes to ensure no damage occurs to your print. I do not include a physical receipt in packages as you have a digital version online and I like to save paper. If you for some reason require one, please let me know at the time of your purchase.

Jewelry will be carefully wrapped and put into a box to ensure safe arrival. I like to recycle bags when wrapping boxes.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE READ:

Please be aware your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes.

Please also be aware that as the seller I do not pay for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes charged to you by your country.

The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, I am unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

REFUNDS:

If you are, for any reason unhappy with your purchase, please let me know and I will be more than happy to make it right via refund or replacement within 14 business days of your purchase. In the event of a refund, you will be responsible to pay return shipping (unless the item arrived damaged). When I receive the item back, I will issue a full refund. This does not include instant downloads or personalized artwork as these are non refundable.

In the event that your item is damaged please provide photographic proof of the damage as well as the original packaging and I will gladly replace the item/return the item.

I work really hard to ensure good quality as well as ample packaging to make sure that things don't arrive damaged. I am aware that even after all these precautions things can go wrong. Please don't hesitate to contact me in this situation, I am always more than happy to try and make things right for my customers.

LOST PACKAGES:

• International Customers:
Please note that Canada Post does not consider an international package lost until it has spent 6 weeks in transit.

If you think your package may have gotten lost, please contact me right away and I will do my best to track it down.

• PRINTS:
Please be aware that due to the required need for low resolution photos, as well as different monitor settings, the colors/brightness of an image may look slightly different on your computer monitor than it does in print.

•JEWELRY
Please note: possible cosmetic imperfections range from natural color variations to scuffs, cuts or nicks that can occasionally occur during the manufacturing of the materials used or can be purposely added to materials for and (aged) appearance. I always try to take the best photos of our products in natural lighting to allow the viewer to see the natural colors and look of the piece. These are handmade products and natural imperfections are normal as they are not massed produced by machinery. Feel free to note me if you would like to see additional pictures of a piece at a different angle.

•PILLOW CASES AND TOTES
These are currently the only items I do not have the opportunity to check over prior to shipment. If there is any issue with this merchandise please contact me with pictures of the issue at hand and I will do my best to rectify the situation via my supplier.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long before my order is shipped?

For prints - 1 to 2 weeks for jewelry 1 to 3 business days

Do square prints come larger than 12x12?

Square prints do not come larger than 12x12 but in some cases I can crop the image to make it into an 11x14 or something similar, please ask.

I don't see the size I need in your print selection, can I get a custom size?

Please send me a convo about what size you need and I will see if it can be done.

Does tracking come with shipping?

Packages being shipped within Canada have automatic tracking, this does not include letter mail when sending prints. International sales do not have tracking as tracking is very expensive when sending Internationally. If you would like to add tracking to your purchase, please mention this to me prior to purchase and I can add the additional tracking charge to your purchase.

Do you ship to my Country?

I currently only ship to the US, UK, Canada and the EU, if you would like me to ship something to your Country, please send me a convo and I can check the shipping rates for your Country.

How are your items shipped?

Jewelry is shipped in a gift box with a bubble mailer. small prints 11x14 and smaller are shipped in a flat cardboard mailer while larger prints are shipped in a sturdy mailing tube. I like to reuse shipping material whenever I can.

Do you offer returns?

I offer returns on physical items only. If you have an issue with your order please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item to make arrangements for a return. The item must be sent back in it's original condition within 14 days of receiving it. You will be refunded the purchase price minus shipping, the buyer is responsible to pay the return shipping cost.

Can I use your prints to make crafts and other projects?

Yes you can use my art prints for personal crafting projects of any kind, if you want to sell what you make, you will need to contact me to purchase a license.
